Returns:
Perishable and fragile products (food and some gift baskets)
cannot be returned. These products are covered by The Town and Country Baskets Guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive
damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service at 1 (908)

Delivery and Shipping
Policies:
If you order a gift that is being shipped via FedEx or UPS, please be aware that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated
delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date.
In some locations, we may need 24 hours to fulfill your product request for gifts
such as gourmet baskets. Sunday delivery is not available in all areas. Delivery to rural areas may not be possible at any
time. We do not deliver these gifts to post office boxes. Most importantly, without a phone number and a full address, your
order will either be delayed or may cause non-delivery.
If there is no one there to receive delivery, our courier will make any decisions
concerning the safety of the location to leave the package or will attempt delivery at a later time.
